The decentralized solid waste management system of CCC Zero Waste Pvt. Ltd.is now successfully implemented across various cities in the state in High rise apartments / gated communities.
CCC Zero Waste implements an Eco friendly Composting system at the project site. It currently processes 7200 tons of biodegradable waste per year and around 500 tons of Non-Biodegradable waste is collected, sorted and sent for recycling.

Dr. Najeeb Zackeria is the Managing Director of Abad Builders and Executive director of Abad Hotels & Resorts. Since 2001, he has been involved in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail and Property Management divisions of ABAD Group which is headquartered in Kochi. Abad pioneered Kerala’s first mall concept with Bay pride Mall at Marine Drive in 2005, and also became the first CRISIL rated Kerala builder in the year 2006.
