THE PROCESS
Segregation forms the basic core of Waste management process. The waste is segregated at house hold level into bio- degradable and Non- biodegradable waste so as to facilitate easy processing and recycling. Awareness sessions are held for the residents of Apartment complexes on the segregation of solid waste.
SEGREGATION OF WASTE
CCC Zero Waste had introduced the three level segregation system for the first time in the country. We distribute 3 different coloured buckets to the customers for proper segregation of waste.
- Green Bucket – Biodegradable waste
- Blue Bucket – Non biodegradable waste
- Red Bucket – Sanitary and other waste
The segregated waste is collected door to door on a daily basis. The Bio degradable waste is processed at the site and Non bio degradable is transported to the Material Recovery Facility for sorting.
BIO DEGRADABLE WASTE
Eco Composter Bins
Segregated waste is processed in Eco Composter bins into compost through aerobic microbial process called the bio-trigger mechanism. The Eco Composter is manually operated system with a treatment Capacity from 15Kg to 35 Kg / day.

AUTOMATIC OWC SYSTEM
Automatic Food Waste Processor made of stainless steel with a waste dehydration system using an energy-efficient control process. The Machines are available with processing capacity ranging from 50 Kg to 1000 Kg / day.

ROTARY BIN SYSTEM
The motor driven rotary bin ensures that the segregated food waste is thoroughly mixed with the Bio-Culture to ensure proper mixing and faster composting.

NON BIO DEGRADABLE WASTE
CCC Zero Waste facilitates removal of non-biodegradable waste from the premises to the M R F center for segregation into different categories and is given for recycling. Operates own vehicles for providing efficient services to its customers
